Book a call from a reply

Insert a booking link while you answer an email. The customer picks a time on your booking page, and the call goes on your Google Calendar.

Insert a booking link while you write the reply

The calendar button in the reply box lists your event types and your teammates'. Choose one, and the link goes into the reply under its name, such as Intro call with Maya.

From the booking link to your Google Calendar

Set up an event type once, and anyone on the team can insert its link from a reply. When the customer books, the conversation gets a line and the call goes on your calendar.

A line in the conversation

When the customer books through the link in your reply, the thread gets a line with the event and the time. A move or a cancellation adds another line.

The call on your Google Calendar

Intray writes the event to your calendar, and Google sends the customer the invitation.

A length for each kind of call

Offer a 30 minute intro call next to a 60 minute onboarding session.

A Meet link or a room

Google Meet adds a link to each booking. A custom location takes an address, a room, or a phone number.

Notice, buffers, and reminders

Set how much notice a booking needs, how far ahead customers can book, the gap around each call, and when reminders go out.

Questions about booking links

The customer opens the link, picks a time, and enters a name and an email address. A note for you is optional.

Set up your booking page in Scheduling

Intray is invite-only right now. Invited teams connect Google Calendar, set their weekly hours, and publish an event type.
