Email and Messaging Responsibilities

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intray will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
