These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intray website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Lowside Labs, Inc., operating Intray ("Intray", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
Email and Messaging Responsibilities
You may use the Service only to send lawful email that recipients would reasonably expect to receive. You must not send spam, use purchased or harvested recipient lists, misrepresent a sender or subject, distribute malware, or evade another provider's sending restrictions. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent and for honoring unsubscribe requests and other applicable recipient rights.
We may limit or suspend sending to protect recipients, the Service, or shared sending reputation, including when messages generate excessive bounces or complaints.
The Email Use Policy provides additional consent, anti-spam, recipient-list, and suppression requirements and is incorporated into these Terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your workspace. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.
Connected mailboxes. You may connect a mailbox only if you are authorized to do so and to make its contents available to your workspace. You are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any permissions that apply to the mail in that mailbox, including where it holds information about your employees, customers, or other individuals. You instruct us to access, copy, and process that mail to provide the Service.
Connected calendars. You may connect a Google Calendar only if you are authorized to do so and to use it for the booking pages you publish. You instruct us to read the busy times on the calendars you select and to create, update, and delete the booking events we put on your destination calendar. One authorization belongs to you rather than to a workspace, so it applies to every workspace where you host.
Booking guests. When a guest books through one of your pages, they give their details to us directly, and we send them the confirmation, reminders, and messages about changes on your behalf, from the address you chose. You are responsible for the booking pages you publish and for how your workspace uses what a guest tells you. You are not responsible for obtaining the guest's consent to the confirmation and reminders Intray sends about their own booking.
You must comply with your mail and calendar providers' own terms. A provider may rate-limit, delay, or refuse access, so synchronization may be incomplete or delayed. Where you configure Intray to send through your own SMTP server, you are responsible for that server and for the mail it accepts from us.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intray will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
