Watch a customer's session while you help them

Live and customer profiles are in a private pilot. When a customer reports a problem, you can open their live session and see what they see, with their plan and account details from your own product next to the email.

The Live view lists the customers signed in to your product

Select a customer to see their page as they see it, and chat with them beside it. Each tab of the same person stays grouped under their name.

Nothing is captured while nobody watches
The SDK downloads the recorder only after a teammate opens the session, and Intray stores no replay.
Text and inputs are masked in the browser
Password and payment fields, canvas, and iframes are never sent, and URL query strings are stripped. You mark the labels that are safe to read.
Owners decide who can watch
Workspace owners can watch by default and add other members under Who can watch and reply.
Point at the screen with consent
With assistance on, a teammate can point at the customer's screen, and click marked controls once the customer approves.

See user profiles next to your emails

When you open an email, the sender's plan, orders, and account details show next to it. Intray fetches the profile from an endpoint that you build in your own product. No conversation text goes to your server, and Intray keeps no copy of the profile.
